Your Consideration Will Be Appreciated 



No-shows and last-minute cancellations have substantial adverse effects on our business. It means that other clients cannot book these time slots with us, and both therapists and other clients are inconvenienced. We employ the very best therapists, and we invest a great deal in enhancing their education and training. Therefore we hope you will appreciate that a $50 deposit is required to secure all bookings that run for 60 minutes and over.

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your booking. We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for bookings less than 60 minutes OR 48 hours’ notice for appointments that run for 60 minutes or longer. This way we can offer that time slot to another client.

If this notice isn’t given you maybe charged up to the full fee of the appointment booked. 

Appointments 60 minutes and over – 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule 

If this notice isn’t given your deposit will be forfeited and maybe charged up to the full fee of the appointment booked. 

By providing this notice, appointments with deposit will be held as a credit on your account for any future bookings and no cancelation fees will be charged. If you don’t provide us enough notice or if you fail to turn up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited any remaining amount owing will be charged to your account.

Our goal is to accommodate as many clients as possible during each business day and ensure that everyone has a sufficient opportunity to be seen by our therapists. Helping us by providing this courtesy, will allow us to better serve you during your sessions.

Unlike other clinics and service providing establishments, we never like to keep our clients waiting. Our regular clients have come to appreciate this benchmark level of service, and in return they respect the consequences if they are late for an appointment as well.  This means that these standards of time management must be adhered to:

All treatments will conclude at the scheduled appointment time.

If a client runs late for her appointment one of two things will happen:

If the client is not too late, the treatment will be cut down in order to conclude at the scheduled time. No discount is given.If the client is so late that the appointment cannot be fulfilled by the scheduled conclusion time, the appointment is then cancelled and charged to the client.

When purchasing products please choose carefully.

No refunds are given on deposits, products or services just because you change your mind.

Your can choose between a refund, exchange or credit note where goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown to you.

Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.

Gift Vouchers are not refundable and not redeemable for cash. Please advise the clinic of your Gift Voucher number upon booking. This can then be accepted in place of a deposit fee if it is valued at $50 or more.

However, please remember, our Booking Policy applies to all services over 60 minutes, and $50 of the value of the Gift Voucher will be redeemed to cover the cancellation policy if less than 48 hours notice is provided. Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Promotional Gift Vouchers are valid for the period stated on the voucher. Prices for services are subject to change.
