Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years and over. Clients under 18 may only enrol with consent of a parent or legal guardian and are subject to Australian Beauty Clinic’s age and treatment eligibility requirements.

Membership grants access to exclusive benefits including discounted products and services, priority booking, and complimentary skincare consultations and reviews.

Automated weekly payments must be settled in advance before accessing any exclusive membership benefits.
Membership benefits will be suspended if a payment is declined or dishonoured and will remain suspended until all outstanding payments are brought up to date.

Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared or assigned to another individual.

Membership benefits may only be used by the member named on the membership account while their membership payments are up to date.
Membership benefits cannot be accumulated, carried over, exchanged for cash or credited against future membership payments. Any unused benefits will be forfeited at the end of the applicable billing period.

Complimentary LED Light Therapy is limited to the treatment area documented in the member’s skin treatment plan. For example, where the member’s treatment plan relates to the face, complimentary LED Light Therapy sessions may only be performed on the face and cannot be transferred to another treatment area.

Membership benefits form part of a comprehensive skin treatment program and must be used in conjunction with other skin treatments. A Skin Gym Membership cannot be purchased solely to access complimentary LED Light Therapy.

Members are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance to secure availability. Complimentary LED Light Therapy appointments are unlimited, subject to clinical suitability, recommended treatment intervals and appointment availability. Australian Beauty Clinic may reasonably manage appointment frequency to maintain safe treatment intervals and fair appointment availability for all members.

Short-notice cancellations and failure to attend may incur fees in accordance with Australian Beauty Clinic’s Cancellation and No-Show Policy. Members are still required to provide the applicable booking deposit when scheduling appointments. Membership payments are non-refundable once processed, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

The Skin Gym Membership has a minimum commitment of three months. If a member chooses to cancel during the initial commitment period, all remaining payments within that period will remain payable.

After completing the initial three-month commitment, members may cancel their membership by providing at least seven days’ written notice by email to Australian Beauty Clinic. Any payment scheduled within the notice period will remain payable, and membership benefits will continue until the end of the final paid membership period.

Complimentary LED Light Therapy appointments are subject to Australian Beauty Clinic’s Cancellation and No-Show Policy. At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Although the LED Light Therapy appointment is complimentary as part of the membership, its standard treatment value is $99. When an appointment is booked, clinical time, a qualified therapist and clinic resources are reserved specifically for the member.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations and failure to attend will incur a $99 cancellation fee. This fee reflects the standard value of the reserved LED Light Therapy appointment and the loss associated with the allocated clinical time and therapist wages.

Membership benefits, including complimentary LED Light Therapy appointments, may be suspended until any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees have been paid.

Australian Beauty Clinic reserves the right to reasonably amend these Terms and Conditions. Members will be provided with reasonable notice of any material changes by email or another nominated communication method.

Australian Beauty Clinic reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership if a member breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in behaviour considered abusive, threatening, inappropriate or harmful to Australian Beauty Clinic, its team or its clients. Where reasonably appropriate, the member will be notified of the suspension or termination.
